  • Relevant community observations that contribute to reporting and informed decision-making.

If you've worked in a role where you engaged online communities, created platform-specific content, and interacted directly with consumers across social channels, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to communicate clearly, adapt your approach to different audiences, and create relevant interactions that add value.

Life on the team

You'll join Consumer & Shopper Engagement (CSE), a department focused on creating engaging experiences across social media, owned community platforms, gaming communities, and shopper touchpoints. Within CSE, the LEGO Community Management and Moderation team works closely together while supporting a shift-based environment, including weekend coverage. You'll thrive if you're comfortable engaging a wide range of audiences, enjoy pop culture and online communities, adapt quickly when priorities change, and bring a positive approach to your work.
