Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated Associate Dentist who is eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career with us. This opportunity is ideal for both recent graduates seeking mentorship and experienced clinicians looking for a supportive, growth-oriented practice environment. A strong commitment to patient care and clinical excellence is essential.

Compensation & Benefits

• Daily guarantee (first 90 days): $650-$900 (DOE)
• After 90 days: 30% of collections

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program
