Job Description

In this role you will support initiatives specific to investment performance measurement and analysis. It involves collecting, communicating, measuring, and analyzing investment performance information to ensure accuracy and the delivery of time-sensitive performance information for clients, marketing materials, investment professionals, and all levels of management.

How you will spend your time...

• Collecting and updating performance information such as portfolio and benchmark data,
• Reconciling and analyzing returns generated by performance system using analytical tools to identify and resolve issues.
• Producing, developing, ensuring the data integrity, and distributing performance measurement and attribution reports.
• Preparing standard and ad-hoc performance and attribution reports on a daily / weekly / monthly basis that support investment management, sales, and client reporting.
• Effectively interpreting, analyzing, and communicating performance related questions from clients, marketing, investment professionals and management.
• Participating in project-oriented initiatives to meet the objectives of the performance analytics department either in a team or self-directed environment, such as automating report solutions or participating in departmental projects.

To be successful in this role you will have...

• Educated in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
• Experience in investment management or financial services
• Strong numerical and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Critical thinker with strong problem solving skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools, such as Microsoft Excel and Access
• A strong team player who is able to successfully meet deadlines

It would be great if you also had...

• Familiarity with investment and performance measurement concepts
• Work experience specific to performance measurement and analytics
• Proficient with data and report automation
• Experience with performance systems, such as FactSet and Aladdin

In-Office Collaboration

We are a client-centric, relationship-based business. Working together, in-person, is foundational to how we achieve results. Our employees work in the office at least four (4) days per week, with flexibility to work from home one (1) day per week. Some roles may require additional in-office time or different in-office expectations, and specific requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.
