Human Resources Director, Machine Vision Cameras

Teledyne Digital Imaging develops advanced imaging technologies used in industries ranging from manufacturing and medical imaging to machine vision and surveillance. As Human Resources Director for the Machine Vision Cameras Group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the talent, leadership, and organizational capabilities that support innovation and long-term growth.

This is an opportunity to partner closely with senior leaders, influence business strategy, and help build a future-ready workforce across a global technology organization. What you'll do

• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
• Develop strategies to address critical skills gaps and future workforce needs.
• Use workforce analytics and talent insights to support business decisions.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and leadership effectiveness programs.
• Support organizational change initiatives and stakeholder alignment.
• Lead employee relations, investigations, and performance management efforts.
• Ensure compliance with employment, labor, health and safety, and human rights requirements.
• Partner on compensation planning, workforce budgeting, and organizational structure decisions.
• Collaborate with global HR teams to execute key HR programs and initiatives.

What you need

• Required: Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategy with business goals.
• Required: Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
• Required: Experience leading talent management, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
• Required: Employee relations, performance management, and employment law expertise.
• Required: Minimum 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Required: Experience supporting senior leaders in complex organizations.
• Required: Experience working within a global organization.
• Required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Advantage: Experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, technology, or industrial environments.

Salary Range:

$124,400.00-$165,900.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
