RN / Nursing Administrative Supervisor (Registered Nurse 3) / Census and Staffing

  

Harborview Medical Center – Census and Staffing has an outstanding opportunity for Nursing Administrative Supervisor/Registered Nurse 3.

 

WORK SCHEDULE

• 90% FTE (36 hours per week), Night Shift

 

The Nursing Supervisors (RN3s) within the Census and Staffing Dept. coordinate the safe, therapeutic allocation of nursing resources to patients/families. Makes independent judgments and decisions; and takes action regarding a wide range of routine and complex staffing issues.  Collaborates with appropriate disciplines to coordinate continuity of patient care.

Requirements:
Washington RN License (or applicable multistate RN license) required.
BSN degree required.
Minimum two years acute care professional nursing experience required.

Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license, certification, and/or registration.

Compensation, Benefits and Position Details

Pay Range Minimum:

$50.72 hourly

Pay Range Maximum:

$93.98 hourly

Other Compensation:

$1/hour BSN premium $1.25/hour nursing certification premium $5/hour nights $4/hour week-ends
