Job Description
1. 產品零件需求分析：
- 根據公司物料需求規劃初步檢視是否異常，下單前與相關單位求證釐清。
2. 供應商管理：
- 監督供應商的產品品質和交貨進度，並進行定期審查。
3. 庫存控制：
- 管理庫存水平，確保庫存充足但不過量。
- 制定庫存管理策略，減少庫存成本並提高周轉率。
4. 生產排程協調：
- 與生產部門協調生產排程，確保原材料供應及時。
- 針對生產計劃進行跨部門溝通，確保生產順利進行。
5. 風險管控：
- 進行風險評估，制定應急計畫以應對突發事件。
- 在遇到意外事件時，調整並改善進度延宕的狀況或降低潛在損失。
6. 新產品量產：
- 協助新產品的量產準備工作，確保零件供應及時到位。
