PROJECT MANAGER (5 - 8 yrs)
The Project Manager will support the Senior Project Director in guiding project teams throughout
the duration of each project, with primary responsibility for technical documentation, consultant
coordination, and construction administration. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, a critical
thinker, and able to prioritize multiple tasks while balancing detailed documentation and project
delivery responsibilities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
–Create construction documents, including drafting and detailing
–Coordinate with consultants and internal team members throughout all project phases
–Perform construction administration, including shop drawing and submittal review
–Conduct field surveys and prepare field reports
–Attend field and coordination meetings and support overall team communication
–Ensure quality completion of deliverables on time and on budget
–Assist in monitoring contract compliance and execution
–Participate in programming, visioning, and site assessment tasks
QUALIFICATIONS:
–B.Arch or M.Arch with a minimum of five years’ experience in interior architecture, corporate
interiors preferred
–Strong knowledge of technical design and construction drawing documentation and detailing
– Experience coordinating consultants and contributing to construction administration
–Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with increasing responsibility in coordination
and delivery
–Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit required
–SketchUp, Enscape, and other 3D modeling or visualization software preferred; Adobe Creative
Suite a plus as well
– Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills
–Strong organization, team building, and relationship management skills
–Licensure or progress toward licensure a plus (RA, AIA, LEED/WELL)
–Must currently reside in the NY Tri-State Area or be willing to relocate
