  • ビジネスプラン＆アナリシス部門　スタッフ（AM、場合によってはM）
     
• 業務概要：
  • 経営サポート部門として、全社の業績分析・レポート作成、各種ミーティングのリードを行い、売上向上に貢献する
  • 戦略に基づく新規プロジェクトの提案を行い、実行をリード・支援する
     
• 業務内容：
  • 全社戦略策定
  • 予算作成
  • 売上・KPI等の分析
  • 各種レポート作成（US向け、経営向け、オフィス向け、ストア向け）
  • 部門横断でのミーティングのリード、議事録作成
  • 各種新規プロジェクトのリード・実行支援
     
• 必要とされる能力・スキル：
  • 売上・KPI分析における基礎的な知識と経験
    ※Excelの他、BIツールを使用します
  • Excel・PowerPointでの資料作成スキル
  • 日常会話レベルの英語力（英語での資料作成経験があると尚よし）
  • 他部門・ストアとのスムーズなコミュニケーションスキル
     
• 経験・資格
  • 以下のどれかを必須とします
    • コンサルティングファームでの経験
    • 事業会社での経営企画部門・事業企画部門での経験
    • 事業会社でのプランニング業務の経験（MD Planner, Sales Planner等）
