About the Role This is a sales role for someone who knows how to dial with purpose — leads are provided, so you're never starting from zero. Backed by a fully built-out backend and hands-on training, you'll have everything you need to hit the ground running. If you're hungry, coachable, and motivated by uncapped commission, this is your seat.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Deal Closing
- Cold call provided leads to pitch and close Merchant Cash Advance deals
- Manage the full sales cycle from first call to funded deal
Client Management
- Build rapport with business owners and guide them through the MCA process
- Maintain consistent follow-up to move deals forward
Growth & Development
- Participate in training to learn the MCA space and sharpen your sales skills
- Continuously improve call performance and conversion rates
Qualifications
- Highly motivated, hungry, and not afraid to pick up the phone
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Sales experience is a plus but not required — training will be provided
