  • Create, communicate, and execute a Quarterly/Yearly plan that successfully achieves the North America goals as it relates to YoY revenue growth as well as yearly revenue and contribution budgeted targets.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team, setting clear objectives, reinforcing accountability, and ensuring consistent execution against sales plans and business priorities. Proactively support individual development through structured performance management for team members not meeting expectations.
  • Create, communicate, and execute a Business Development strategy with customers, end-users, influencers, consultants, and designers that successfully builds the pipeline necessary to achieve our Quarterly/Yearly revenue targets.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales Leadership to align on product roadmap, pricing, demand generation, and go-to-market strategies that strengthen market position and accelerate growth.
  • Cultivate and expand key customer and channel relationships by actively engaging in customer meetings and industry events to influence large opportunities and reinforce Martin Lighting’s market presence.
  • Represent Martin Lighting at industry tradeshows and events, driving brand visibility, gathering market intelligence, and identifying emerging trends to inform sales strategy and business planning for your region.
