Workshop Manager: Arbroath Depot

With a total fleet of around 45 vehicles travelling around East Scotland, you’ll have the responsibility of supporting, advising, and managing a team of engineers and support staff to ensure all our buses are clean, safe and reliable on the road each day.

The successful candidate will have the appropriate engineering qualifications, excellent diagnostic skills, relevant experience within a workshop supervisory role and knowledge of PCV operations.

The job demands someone with energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to motivate staff to meet the targets and the high standards we set for the maintenance and cleaning of our buses and to liaise with colleagues in the Operations Department to ensure PVR is met al all times.
