Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Business Systems Analyst located in Technology Park.

Reporting to the IT Project Manager the Business Systems Analyst’s role involves:

What a typical day looks like:

• Research complex business problems and propose automated solutions, incorporating user experience design to improve operations and process efficiency

• Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems — including designing UI mockups, prototypes, and user flows to visualize solutions before implementation

• Research, design, and test new systems and enhancements, leveraging graphic design and visual communication to create stakeholder-ready deliverables

• Create infographics, dashboards, and visual documentation to communicate system changes and project status

• Communicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, using visual guides and user-centric design to ensure smooth adoption

• Execute Global IT projects with integrated design and communication deliverables

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Basic English

• Bachelor's degree ( IT, or related field)

• Experience with computerized databases, and process guidelines

• Experience SQL Server / Flex Flow/ Oracle

• SharePoint content design and management

• Troubleshooting, problem-solving, and creative conceptualization skills

• Office skills: word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, database systems

• Communication, analytical skills, critical thinking, teamwork, proactive mindset
