Overview
As a full-time Behavioral Health Technician at Banyan Treatment Centers, you'll provide essential peer and operational support to patients during their recovery journey. Key responsibilities include monitoring patient safety and facility grounds, conducting safety checks, measuring and reporting vital signs, performing drug and pregnancy tests, maintaining professional patient interactions, and assisting with daily program management including patient transport and recreational activities. The schedule is Sunday-Tuesday with alternating shifts (7pm-7:30am and 7am-7:30pm). This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, safe driving record with clean DMV report, and minimum age of 23. Preferred qualifications include behavioral health certification, experience in substance use disorder or mental health treatment, and an associate's degree or higher.
