Overview
As a Continuing Care Assistant, you'll provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living to help patients function optimally. You'll support clients with their physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs in a general medical nursing unit. This full-time position requires a Continuing Care Assistant certificate, basic computer skills, organizational abilities, and strong interpersonal communication skills. You must be able to work independently and may need a valid driver's license and Food Safe certificate where required. The role includes both day shifts and extended weekend hours with relief positions available.
