Overview
As an HVAC Technician, you'll install, service, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on electrical HVAC systems at zoo facilities. Your responsibilities include monitoring equipment efficiency, performing controls testing, preparing technical specifications, estimating project resources, ordering parts, and maintaining service records. You'll need knowledge of Johnson Metasys System or similar controls, CFC certifications (Type 1 and 2 required, Universal preferred), and familiarity with Fort Worth city codes. The role requires physical stamina to lift up to 75 pounds regularly and work in various weather conditions.
