Overview
As a Residential Therapist at Four Oaks, you will be a key member of the treatment team within our Qualified Residential Treatment Program (QRTP). You'll provide mental health services, complete clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions. The role requires a Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy, along with an eligible license (LMSW, LISW, LMHC, tLMHC, LMFT, or tLMFT).
