As a Tax Consultant in Real Estate at BDO, you will independently perform all related duties, translating client questions into fiscal implications. You will analyze fiscal possibilities for specific situations, including rent deduction regulations and ATAD2 legislation, and support the BDO appraisal team on fiscal real estate valuation issues. You'll also assist with fiscal sustainability questions (ESG) for clients. The role requires a nearly completed WO fiscal study, a learning attitude, and the ability to work independently.
