Overview
The Assistant Group Supervisor supports teachers and group supervisors by helping create a caring and safe environment for children. Responsibilities include implementing curriculum activities, engaging in indoor and outdoor play, maintaining classroom cleanliness, communicating effectively with children, encouraging self-help and hygiene, and following center policies. Candidates must have a high school diploma, minimum 2 years of professional experience working with children, willingness to obtain CDA/SAC certification, and pediatric CPR/First Aid certification. This is a full-time role from 10:00am-6:00pm Monday through Friday at Richland Elementary in Gibsonia, PA.
