## Tasks

🎯 **Your impact**

• **Work** directly **with** the **founders** on high-leverage projects across strategy, ops, and product
• Turn ambiguous problems into **clear** **plans** and **execute** **end-to-end**
• Build **internal** **systems** for hiring, onboarding, reporting, and knowledge management
• Run market, customer, and competitor **research** and turn insights into **decisions**
• Prepare **founder-grade** decks, analyses, KPIs, and follow-ups

• Propose a **practical** approach and outline how you’d **execute** it
• Present your thinking **clearly** and **pragmatically**
