Overview
As Store Manager for the Moone Ponds location, you'll lead, coach and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences while driving sales performance and achieving targets. You'll create a high-energy, positive store culture, partner with your Optometrist to grow both retail and clinical success, and run a smooth, efficient operation. The role requires proven Store Management experience in Optics or Retail at a Senior Store Manager level, strong leadership skills, commercial mindset, and passion for exceptional customer experiences.
