Overview
As an Operations Account Manager for the Americas at Tillster, you'll support operational execution, reporting, and day-to-day activities for high-value client accounts. You'll work closely with Operations, Procurement, Product, Engineering, Support, and Finance teams to ensure successful delivery of Tillster's products and services. Your responsibilities include serving as a daily operational contact for customer accounts, supporting implementation plans, maintaining project trackers, preparing customer reports, and leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve operational efficiency. The role requires bilingual Spanish and English proficiency, strong project management skills, and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments.
