Overview
As a Supply Boat Captain for Royal Island Resort & Spa, you'll command and manage the safe navigation and operation of supply vessels and landing craft. Your responsibilities include coordinating the transportation of goods, equipment, and fuel between islands, supervising crew members, and ensuring compliance with local maritime safety and environmental regulations. You'll conduct daily inspections of engines and safety equipment, plot safe routes through Maldivian atolls, and maintain updated ship logs and voyage reports. The role requires a valid captain's license, maritime experience, and strong English communication skills.
