Our client in the Columbus area is actively seeking motivated and detail-oriented Account Managers to join their growing team. Remote / Hybrid is not an option. 

 

The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients, maintaining strong relationships while coordinating internally to ensure client needs are met efficiently. Responsibilities include managing account information, handling administrative and data entry tasks, and supporting both clients and their employees with timely and accurate service.

 

The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and possesses strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support an assigned book of business based on revenue and/or enrollment

• Serve as the internal liaison between clients and internal departments

• Maintain accurate client records and perform data entry and administrative support tasks

• Respond to client inquiries and provide high-quality customer service

• Assist with day-to-day account management activities and reporting

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth client support operations

 

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Relations, or a similar role within the insurance industry

• Strong understanding of office procedures and administrative processes

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Experience working with office equipment and standard business technology
