Chief of Staff

We are looking for a Chief of Staff @ AI Automation Startup to help run and scale the business. Work directly with the founder on all aspects of the company, both glamorous (strategy! fundraising!) and unglamorous (furnishing our new office). This is an exceptional role if you want to **learn how to found and scale a start-up**.

## Tasks

• Work directly with the founder on all aspects of the company, from strategy and fundraising to operational tasks like furnishing the office
• Take ownership of various initiatives to help run and scale the business efficiently
• Work closely with the small, high-impact founding team to shape the company's growth
• Implement state-of-the-art AI tooling across the entire business to create an AI-native company that’s lean, fast, and infinitely scalable
• Contribute to making the government wildly more effective by providing better technology solutions

## Requirements

• At least 4 YOE in generalist roles, ideally within a venture-funded tech startup
• Possess a high-agency, high-velocity mindset with an exceptional work ethic, be super-organized, an excellent communicator, and have broad strategic business knowledge
• Familiarity with AI tools and an AI-native approach is highly preferred, with an interest in learning Claude Code
• Nice-to-have - experience improving the public sector with cutting-edge tech
