You will be responsible for the following:

• Deliver regular reports and analyses that highlight trends, patterns, and opportunities, enabling data-driven decisions.
• Work closely with teams across the organization to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights.
• Monitor and report the business scorecard, providing insights on how to meet targets, and raise red flags in case of potential misses
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
• Promote a data-driven culture within the organization, educating and empowering others to leverage data effectively.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in data analytics.

We are looking for:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics or Industrial Engineering is required
• At least 5 years experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail, and good time management skills are a must
• Proficiency in visualization tools is preferred (e.g., Looker, PowerBI)
• Knowledgeable in SQL is preferred (willing to learn and improve)
