💼 Position Details

Role: Agents – Sales, Registration & Escalation Department

Shift: Rotational

Working Days: 6 days/week

Week Offs: 4 rotational offs per month

🗣 Language Requirements:

Punjabi: Fluent (Mandatory)

English: Preferred

• Handle **incoming and outgoing calls** for patient inquiries and follow-ups
• Assist with **registration of new patients**
• Resolve **patient queries and escalations** in a professional manner
• Promote **company services and products** during calls
• Maintain **accurate records** of all interactions in the system
• Support the sales team in achieving **targets and KPIs**
