Management Systems Analyst

As a Management Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the quality system and other management systems, ensuring compliance with standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF, as well as fostering a culture of quality within the organization.

This position reports to the Quality Management Systems Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• You will responsible to administration of the plant's document management system in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, and ISO 14001:2015 standards, as well as Element 4 of EHS.
• You will responsible to administration of the CQI-8 LPA audit system, ensuring continuous improvement of requirements, monitoring, and implementation by users, as well as the effectiveness of the audit process.
• You will responsible to function as a certified internal auditor within the organization, executing the entire internal audit process from resolution of findings to closure.
• You will responsible to resolution of corrective actions and internal findings through identified systems and methodologies, monitoring, implementation of solutions, and verification of closure with the corresponding users.
• You will responsible to attendance at 2nd and 3rd party audits, addressing issues and implementing improvements in collaboration with users.
• You will responsible to development of an annual training plan related to Quality systems and implementation with selected users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Engineering in a field related to Chemical or Industrial disciplines

• 2 years of experience in quality systems.

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge in documenting a quality management system based on the ISO 9001 standard.

• Intermediate knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 standards and basic knowledge of Core Tools.
