Restoration 1 New Jersey is growing, and we're searching for experienced restoration professionals who know how to take ownership of a job, lead crews, solve problems, and deliver exceptional customer service.
If you're the person everyone calls when a difficult loss comes in, we want to talk.
If you're looking to punch a clock and do the bare minimum, this probably isn't the position for you.

Responsibilities
- Water damage mitigation
- Fire and smoke cleanup
- Mold remediation
- Structural drying
- Moisture inspections and documentation
- Equipment setup and monitoring
- Demolition and contents protection

Requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years restoration experience preferred
- IICRC WRT certification required or obtainable quickly
- ASD, AMRT, FSRT certifications are a plus
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills
Compensation & Benefits
$28-$40+ per hour depending on experience and certifications
