Bartenders are the heartbeat of the Front of House — shaking cocktails, pouring pints, and creating memorable experiences one drink at a time. They bring energy, personality, and precision to every shift while making sure every Guest feels welcomed from the moment they sit down to the final cheers of the night.

At Boston Pizza, bartenders are passionate about delivering the perfect drink every time and creating an atmosphere Guests want to come back to. Whether they’re crafting signature cocktails, recommending a favourite beer, or connecting with Guests through conversation, they know how to turn great service into a great experience.

Successful bartenders:

• Deliver exceptional Guest experiences from start to finish
• Expertly prepare cocktails, beverages, and bar service to Boston Pizza standards
• Build relationships with Guests through engaging conversation and attentive service
• Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Promote a fun, safe, and positive workplace culture
• Work closely with the Front of House team to keep service smooth, efficient, and upbeat

What Does a Successful Bartender Look Like?

A great bartender brings energy, confidence, and personality to every shift — even when the bar is three-deep and the game’s in overtime. They stay cool under pressure, keep the drinks flowing, and create an atmosphere guests want to come back to.

Successful bartenders at Boston Pizza:

• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining composure and professionalism
• Build genuine connections with guests by remembering names, sharing conversations, and creating a welcoming bar experience
• Know how to craft every drink to Boston Pizza standards with consistency and care
• Champion the “Foundations of Hospitality,” Brand Standards, and Food Safety practices every shift
• Communicate effectively with the Front of House team to ensure fast, seamless service and great guest experiences
• Bring positive vibes, teamwork, and a passion for hospitality to every shift

Qualifications

We’re looking to hire 1 energetic bartender to join our fun and fast-paced team!

Schedule: Sunday–Thursday nights, 5:00 PM–12:00 AM

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)• Positive attitude and high energy• Team player with a strong work ethic• Able to thrive in a lively environment while delivering great customer service
