Essential / Desirable Skills and Experience (any flexibility?)

Essentials:

• Be able to work in the office 2 days per week 
• Need to be experienced within PFA and Early YEars. Their CVS must show where they have done PFA or Early Years work – they don’t want to see XXX Council - SEND Case Officer etc
• Strong candidate that doesn’t need too much supervision and need to be strong in the assessment process

Desirables:

• If they have experience in other SEND teams then great as it could be useful at later stages, but this is only a desirable
