Description
Our client is looking for a IT PM/BA to join their team.
Job Responsibilities:
-
Work as IT PM & BA in the Financial Markets domain to support business lines with their business requirements and manage projects from initiation to roll-out;

Understand and analyze business requirements and create detailed requirements documents;
-
Facilitate the derivation of IT solutions and prepare related documentation;
-
Manage financial market data (including Bloomberg, LSEG, and other relevant platforms) requirements;
-
Coordinate with multiple parties to achieve project goals;
-
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and problem-solving initiatives;
-
Work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including business users, technical teams (both internal and external), regulatory parties, and senior management to ensure effective project implementation.
Job Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree or above in IT or related disciplines;
-
Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in project management and business analysis, preferably in the banking or finance sector;

Experience in driving digital change programs with distributed teams comprising internal and external resources based in different locations;

Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills;
-
Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills;
-
Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations;
-
Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese);

Candidates with less or more experience will be considered as appropriate.
