Pay and Earning Potential

• $16.00 per hour starting base rate
• +$1/hour CNA premium for eligible caregivers with an active TN CNA certification
• +$1/hour shift differential for hours work Monday - Thursday from 10 PM to 5 AM ; Friday 10 PM - Monday 5 AM
• Additional premium pay opportunities for eligible client assignments

Flexible Scheduling

Unlike facilities, Senior Solutions Home Care provides one-on-one care in our client's homes. Because every client has different needs, schedules are built around: 

• Client care needs
• Your availability
• Your location
• Your willingness to travel

Shifts range between 2 to 12 hours, and you may care for one or multiple clients a day and/or throughout  the week. Home care is always evolving, which means schedules may change as client's needs change. The more flexible your availability and travel radius, the more opportunities you'll have to receive the hours you want. Our goal is to build a schedule that works for you while ensuring every client receives exceptional care. 

What You'll Do

As an in-home Caregiver, you'll help clients maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life by providing: 

• Companionship and emotional support
• Personal care, including bathing, dressing, changing, toileting, and grooming
• Activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility assistance
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Laundry and medication reminders
• Transfers and other authorized care tasks
• Transportation and errands, as needed and authorized

Training and Career Growth

We provide paid training and ongoing development to help you succeed. Caregivers complete required online training within their first 30 days, followed by additional training or certifications based on their location. 

Eligible caregivers can also pursue NADSP E-Badge credentials (DSP I, II, and III certifications) with the opportunity to earn up to $4,150 in program bonuses, subject to program requirements.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license or state-issued ID
• Second acceptable form of employment eligibility identification
• Car insurance preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone for scheduling and communication
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform assigned care duties
• Successful completion of required background checks and drug screening
• Strong communication skills
• Work / activity history accounting for the past 5 years
• 3 references, including one person who has known you at least 5 years; email addresses required
