-Procurement – request for quotations.

-Invoice management – PR, PO & GR.

-Assist with the daily coordination, scheduling, follow-up of preventive/corrective maintenance activities.

-Coordinate & Escort FM team self-perform and vendor works on site

-Assist in property daily, weekly and monthly inspections/reports.

-Monitor Help Desk requests and actioned within service levels.

-Provide administrative support to raise EPTW.

-Support general minor repair works. (E.g – Reset Ziptaps, Reset HADs, Aircon adjustment/extension requests and Cleaning requests)

-Provide support after 4pm when Technician leaves the site.

-Assist in minor project works.

-Assist in incident responding and back-up for after office hours response.

-To support weekend works with posting.

-Assist to liaison with BMO.-
