Description
Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Business Operations Officer to join our client's team.
The Business Operations Officer will support the operations team in managing day-to-day activities, client relationships and administrative processes within a professional services environment. The role involves coordinating operational tasks, supporting financial oversight, maintaining regulatory compliance and ensuring efficient service delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, clients and external service providers to maintain high operational standards and build long-term client relationships. This opportunity is ideal for an organised and commercially aware professional with experience in operations, corporate administration or a regulated industry, who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, discretion and a strong focus on client service.
Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day operations, coordinate with service providers and manage administrative activities related to yacht and business aviation operations.
- Coordinate charter administration, licensing, VAT registrations and other regulatory requirements.
- Assist with financial monitoring, expense tracking, budget management and the maintenance of accurate financial and operational records.
- Conduct compliance checks, maintain documentation and support corporate administration and regulatory obligations.
- Improve operational procedures and service delivery workflows while maintaining strong client relationships and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Finance, Maritime Studies or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in operations, client relationship management, practice management or project management within a professional services firm, regulated industry or related sector.
- Experience implementing operational improvements, managing budgets, delivering cross-functional projects and managing a team.
- Essential experience working within regulated environments, including AML/CFT and GDPR requirements.
- Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and spoken English, and proficiency in Microsoft 365, CRM or practice management systems.
