Our Accounting Team and ProjectsOur accounting team keeps the business running smoothly through financial reporting and analysis, budgeting, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, project accounting, bank reconciliations, and monthly close support. Working together, the team provides reliable financial information and responsive service to our clients and employees.
Responsibilities, Requirements, and Total Rewards
What You’ll Be Doing
As a valuable part of our Accounting Team, as a Staff Accountant, you will support a variety of projects and gain hands-on experience with responsibilities such as:
- Support accounts receivable, collections, project accounting, accounts payable, and general accounting activities
- Maintain client and project information, and assist with unit pricing and billing
- Follow up on collections and prepare bank reconciliations
- Research and set up vendors, and route vendor invoices
- Assist with month-end edit checks and close procedures
What You’ll Need
Bachelor of Science degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field
2–3 years of accounting experience in a company setting
Strong understanding of basic accounting concepts and controls
Experience with accounts receivable, collections, project accounting, billing, reconciliations, or month-end close preferred
Comfort learning accounting systems, working in Excel, and researching discrepancies
Ability to manage details and deadlines and communicate professionally with internal teams and external clients
Curiosity, follow-through, accuracy, and a customer service mindset
