We are looking for an AI Solution Intake & Feasibility Analyst who can evaluate innovative ideas, guide strategic AI investments, and help transform business opportunities into scalable AI solutions.
In this role, you will partner with IT leaders, solution owners, architects, cybersecurity experts, and governance teams to assess AI opportunities and guide them from concept to implementation readiness. You will play a key role in helping teams identify high-value use cases, navigate governance requirements, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
We believe successful AI transformation requires strong collaboration, responsible innovation, and sound decision-making. As part of our AI Ops COE, you will work closely with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, data governance, and delivery teams to ensure AI initiatives align with business priorities, security standards, and Responsible AI principles.
Through structured intake processes, feasibility assessments, and portfolio management, you will help teams move ideas into action faster. Your work will improve visibility, accelerate adoption, reduce risk, and increase the value delivered through AI across Micron.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate AI opportunities: Assess AI use cases for technical feasibility, data readiness, business impact, implementation complexity, and organizational readiness. Identify risks, dependencies, and capability gaps to inform investment and prioritization decisions.
- Lead governance reviews: Partner with cybersecurity, privacy, legal, architecture, and data governance teams to guide AI solutions through compliance, risk, and approval processes while promoting responsible AI practices.
- Drive stakeholder alignment: Collaborate with IT leaders, architects, product owners, and delivery teams to define scope, priorities, success measures, and implementation strategies.
- Manage AI intake and portfolio visibility: Coordinate the intake pipeline for AI initiatives, monitor demand trends, and find opportunities to scale reusable solutions across the organization.
- Communicate recommendations and outcomes: Provide clear guidance on feasibility, risks, timelines, and next steps. Build trust through transparent and timely communication with partners at all levels.
- Measure business value: Track adoption, operational impact, and portfolio performance. Use data-driven insights to improve intake processes, assessment frameworks, and governance practices.
- Enable AI adoption: Help teams transform innovative ideas into scalable, secure, and high-value AI solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Three or more years of experience in business analysis, project management, product management, technology consulting, or a related role evaluating and prioritizing technology initiatives.
- Demonstrable experience gathering requirements, assessing technical solutions, identifying risks and dependencies, and presenting recommendations to both technical and business audiences.
- Demonstrated success working across multiple teams to build alignment, drive decisions, and deliver results.
- Good communication, facilitation, and collaborator management skills, including experience influencing leaders and multi-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with artificial intelligence, machine learning, generative AI, agentic AI, automation platforms, or other emerging technologies.
- Knowledge of technology governance, cybersecurity, privacy, compliance, or risk management practices.
- Familiarity with governance frameworks such as NIST, COSO, or similar industry standards.
- Experience managing project intake processes, technology portfolios, service request workflows, or enterprise prioritization programs.
- Ability to identify patterns, uncover opportunities for reuse and scale, and recommend improvements that accelerate business value.
