Early, strong performance on this first phase will directly shape the growth of this role and the team around it.
Scope: Residential medium voltage distribution, carport and building solar systems. Excavation is handled by a subcontractor. The role covers installation of duct banks, precast vaults, street and parking lot lighting systems, medium voltage cabling and terminations, and switchgear and transformer installation.
Crew size: 4 to 8 workers during horizontal work, growing to 6 to 12 additional workers when solar work begins.
