Clinical Trial Specialist

About the role
We are looking for a Clinical Trial Specialist to join our Clinical team.
In this role, you will provide administrative and operational support to clinical project teams and work closely with Clinical Research Associates and Field Clinical Research Engineers. You will support clinical trial documentation processes, study start-up activities, and the ongoing management of clinical study documentation.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting clinical project teams with day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
- Maintaining the study/site documentation in accordance with the Study Master File Index (SMFI).
- Coordinating translations of study-related documentation.
- Receiving, processing, uploading, filing, reviewing and maintaining regulatory, legal and financial clinical trial documentation.
- Supporting documentation activities required for successful study and site start-up, including preparation for site initiation.
- Maintaining study and site documentation and archives, both electronic and paper, as required.
- Collecting and filing core trial documentation received from different clinical functions.
- Preparing and distributing study communications and materials.
- Supporting the reconciliation of site training files and tracking project-specific training compliance.
- Maintaining accurate site, contact and study information in relevant clinical systems and tools.
- Ensuring activities are performed in accordance with applicable procedures, quality standards and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
- Supporting routine study and site quality control checks to ensure documentation of completeness, accuracy, and compliance.

- Have good communication skills and are comfortable working in an international environment.
- Are eager to learn and develop your knowledge of clinical trial processes.
- Have a good command of English.
- Experience working with clinical trial documentation systems or electronic Trial Master Files (eTMF) is preferred.
Previous experience in clinical research, healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals or a regulated environment would be an advantage, but we also welcome candidates who are at an early stage of their career.
