The Estimator I develops assigned estimate components and scopes under defined direction while learning Loenbro estimating standards, systems, and cost-development methods. This role performs quantity takeoffs, compiles pricing, organizes quotations, identifies scope concerns, and maintains complete estimate documentation. • Maintain estimate files, assumptions, clarifications, exclusions, and supporting documentation.
  • Meet assigned deadlines and participate in estimate reviews, site visits, pre-bid meetings, and turnover activities.
  • Use approved estimating, takeoff, CRM, and document-management systems accurately.
  • Apply review feedback and demonstrate measurable growth toward independent estimate execution.
