About the location:

Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen is ideally located in the heart of the commercial district of Futian, across the Shenzhen Conference & Exhibition Center and a short walk from the Civic Center which houses the city’s Municipal Hall and Museum as well as near the famed Shenzhen Concert Hall and Library. The Hotel is surrounded by 3 modern shopping malls and is a few steps away from the subway metro station and 10-minute drive to 2 Hong Kong borders of Huanggang and Futian. Built along contemporary lines, the Hotel features 266 rooms inclusive of 32 suites, a Club Lounge, Business Centre, 4 food and beverage outlets, and a grand ballroom with 5 other function venues plus a unique outdoor multilevel Terraces.

About the role

• In charge of some important projects in ENG, such as Heating, Electricity, AV, Water , BAS, electric machine
• Cooperate and guarantee all work which relate to ENG, organize meetings in order to face to face with operation departments if it’s necessary.
• Check the equipment in operation area including kitchen, and communication with operators to find& resolve problems.
• Collect and tidy data, use to analysis and comparison, make sure the equipment is in scientific and energy conversation motion.
• Submit and spread weekly operation reports, monthly work reports and half-yearly equipment maintenance& operation reports.
• Be familiar with all activities relate to internal and external about hotel, know master events and record in time, reports to DOE if it’s necessary.
• Arrange and coordinate the performance of work scheduling, discipline and standard of Four seasons hotel.

 
What you bring

• College degree or above, have 5-8 year work experience in international hotels.
• At least 2 years as Chief Engineering or above.
• The certificate with emphasis in engineering, within professional qualifications and technician grades.
• Basically communication in English.
• Be good at computer operation and Microsoft.
• Be able to use the assistant software in AUTO CAD.

Schedule & Hours:

• Forty hours over a five day period;  scheduled days and times may vary based on need. / VE
