Description

Ideas are easy. Launches are hard. You make them happen.

Most projects don’t fail in the code. They fail in the gaps: a requirement nobody clarified, a handoff that slipped, a risk everyone noticed but no one raised. You’re the person who closes those gaps.

At Techdome, we build AI-first products for clients across FinTech, Healthcare, E-commerce, EdTech, Logistics, and SaaS. Our engineers, designers, and AI specialists are strong. What we need is a Product Manager who can give that talent direction, momentum, and a clear finish line.

What You’ll Own

You’ll lead products from the first discovery call to launch day and beyond. Some will be classic software platforms. Many will be at the frontier: LLM-powered applications, intelligent chatbots, autonomous AI agents, and end-to-end automation. Every one of them will need to ship on time, stay within budget, and move the numbers our clients care about.

What Your Week Looks Like

  • Turning vision into a plan: Define scope, goals, milestones, timelines, and budgets that are bold but grounded in technical reality.
  • Keeping every team in lockstep: Align UI/UX, frontend, backend, mobile, QA, DevOps, and business analysts so work moves forward without friction or dropped handoffs.
  • Taking AI from demo to production: Work closely with engineers and ML specialists to turn promising prototypes into reliable, scalable AI products real users depend on.
  • Becoming fluent in your client’s world: Learn their industry, regulations, and compliance requirements, then convert them into requirements your team can build without guesswork.
  • Leading people and partners: Plan team capacity, manage third-party vendors, and hold everyone accountable to clear expectations.
  • Spotting trouble early: Run structured change control and flag technical, delivery, and AI-specific risks while they’re still small.
  • Telling it like it is: Track progress in JIRA or Azure DevOps and give clients and leadership honest, no-surprises updates.
  • Working smarter with AI: Keep documentation crisp and use AI tools to speed up planning, tracking, and reporting.

What Success Looks Like

In your first 30 days, you’ll learn our delivery process, meet the team, and get up to speed on active client projects.
By 60 days, you’ll be leading at least one project independently, owning the plan, the risks, and the client relationship.
By 90 days, you’ll have delivered a key milestone, strengthened how we run projects, and earned the trust of your team and clients.

You’ll Thrive Here If You Have

  • 2+ years as a Product Manager shipping complex software projects on time and on budget.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams across design, engineering, QA, and DevOps.
  • Command of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall, plus tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, Trello, or Asana.
  • Real technical depth across the SDLC, APIs, microservices, databases, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), and CI/CD, enough to push back on estimates and earn engineers’ respect.
  • Hands-on GenAI or AI/ML experience, with a clear understanding of the AI lifecycle and its risks: privacy, bias, hallucinations, and runaway costs.
  • Multi-domain exposure and the curiosity to get fluent in a new industry fast.
  • Sharp instincts for risk, change, vendor, and stakeholder management.

Extra Credit

  • PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, CSPO, or an AI/cloud certification.
  • Deep expertise in a specific industry.

Why Techdome?

  • Work that matters: Lead technically demanding, AI-driven projects that solve real problems across industries.
  • People who raise your game: Collaborate with experienced designers, engineers, QA specialists, and AI experts.
  • A real seat at the table: Shape how projects are planned, run, and delivered, not just follow a process someone else wrote.
  • Growth at the edge of AI: Build expertise in one of the fastest-moving areas in tech, with projects that keep you learning.
