Baptist Health is looking to add a Medical Imaging Manager to our Diagnostic Imaging Department at the Hill Breast Center. This Imaging Manager will oversee breast imaging operations while supporting mammography services across the Baptist Health system. This is a Full-Time Days opportunity working Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, and as needed based on department needs.

As the Imaging Manager at Baptist, you will not be patient-facing. Your primary focus will be leading a high-performing breast imaging team by overseeing daily operations, staff scheduling, budgeting, quality initiatives, and collaborating closely with modality leads, radiologists, and system leadership.

Medical Imaging Manager Responsibilities:

• Working under the direction of the Director
• Performing administrative and supervisory duties within the department
• Supporting the development and maintenance of departmental budgets
• Leading recruitment, retention, mentoring, and performance management of a team of approximately 48 direct reports, including Mammography Technologists, Breast Ultrasound Technologists, Patient Access Specialists, and Medical Assistants
• Managing staff scheduling, timekeeping, payroll approvals, and attendance
• Addressing and escalating imaging workflow and image processing concerns
• Supporting quality assurance and quality control initiatives for breast imaging equipment across the Baptist Health system
• Overseeing mammography equipment operations across 10 locations with 21 mammography units
• Managing the Baptist Health Mobile Mammography ("Buddy Bus") program
• Fostering a collaborative, team-oriented culture while partnering closely with radiologists and multidisciplinary leaders

Experience Requirements:

• 3-5 years of leadership or supervisory experience Preferred
• Experience working in a hospital setting Preferred
• Customer Service Experience Preferred
• Supervisory Experience Preferred

Education & Credential Requirements:

• Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) Required OR
• Registered Technologist in Nuclear Medicine ARRT (N) Required OR
• Registered Radiologic Technologist ARRT Required OR
• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS) Required OR
• Licensed Medical Imaging Technologist Required OR
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA Preferred
