Starting in India - the hardest market on earth (thin margins, 12 languages, a phone as the only computer) - the company has built an in-house AI stack spanning speech (Flo Voice Labs, tuned for Indian languages and Gulf Arabic), vision (OCR that reads handwritten, thermal-printed, and crumpled bills), and agents (systems that plan, call, and re-plan until the job is done). All in-house. All in production.
That stack powers four products:
- myBillBook - billing, stock, and accounting software trusted by 1 crore+ businesses across 18,353 pincodes; ₹5.9 lakh crore billed on the platform.
- myCashFlo.ai - the AI collections manager. Calls parties, sends reminders, and follows up on payments daily, in the customer's language.
- heyAnaya.ai - the AI front desk, live in the UAE. Books appointments and follows up on no-shows in Gulf Arabic or English, 24/7.
- mySandesh - festival greetings, offers, and promotional posts made and shared in seconds.

Key responsibilities
- Refresh daily performance dashboards (spend, CPL, CPQL, cost per demo scheduled, cost per demo done, conversion, ROAS) across Meta, Google, Bing, and Snap for both myBillBook and MCF
- Prepare weekly creative test analysis packs - per creative, per audience, per form
- Build and maintain performance dashboards, including the AI SDR performance dashboard and creative testing dashboard
- Run funnel metrics, cohort analysis, and revenue attribution from Metabase
- Track CleverTap lifecycle campaign performance (payment recovery, autopay, invoice prompts, activation journeys)
- Run ad hoc analyses on performance shifts and questions raised in planning meetings
- Compare 7-day / 14-day / 28-day performance windows before making budget or scale recommendations
- Sweep competitor ads on Meta Ad Library and YouTube weekly; flag creative or positioning shifts
- Flag data anomalies and tracking issues before they surface in reviews
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills - pivot tables, lookups, conditional aggregates, chart creation etc
- SQL - comfortable running and modifying queries (Metabase or similar)
- Strong ability to read and interpret data - can identify trends, outliers, and probable root causes
- Attention to detail - reports and dashboards are only useful if the underlying numbers are correct
Preferred (nice to have)
- Prior exposure to Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads (freelance, personal projects, prior internship)
- Familiarity with any BI tool (Metabase, Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
- Exposure to product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, PostHog)
- Understanding of cohort or retention analysis concepts
