AI Business Enablement Specialist (6 month contract)

We are seeking a hands-on, client-facing AI Business Enablement Specialist who can work directly with business leaders and operational teams to understand their challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and design practical AI solutions.

The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, AI expertise, and facilitation skills. They can lead discovery workshops, uncover workflow inefficiencies, build AI-powered solutions using existing enterprise platforms, and train employees to effectively adopt new tools and processes.

This is not a traditional software development role. We are looking for someone who understands how businesses operate and can translate real operational challenges into practical AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Discovery & Workflow Improvement

• Lead discovery sessions and workshops with executives, business leaders, and operational teams.
• Analyze existing business processes, workflows, repetitive tasks, and operational bottlenecks.
• Ask probing questions to uncover inefficiencies, challenges, and opportunities that clients may not have identified.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations, reduce manual effort, improve productivity, and enhance decision-making.
• Translate business challenges into practical AI use cases and recommend appropriate solutions.

AI Solutions & Implementation

• Design, configure, and implement AI agents, assistants, and automated workflows using ChatGPT, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Build practical solutions that address specific business and operational challenges.
• Leverage existing AI platform capabilities, including Projects, Skills, Claude Cowork, Copilot Studio, and workflow automation tools.
• Demonstrate, test, and refine solutions based on client feedback and business requirements.
• Collaborate with technical specialists when more complex integrations are required.

Training, Workshops & AI Adoption

• Independently design and facilitate engaging AI training sessions, interactive workshops, and live demonstrations.
• Deliver training to executives, managers, operational teams, and employees with varying levels of AI experience.
• Teach clients how to identify AI opportunities, build basic agents, automate workflows, and apply AI in their daily work.
• Develop practical, business-focused training materials, exercises, and real-world use cases.
• Support organizational AI adoption by building user confidence, addressing challenges, and transferring knowledge to client teams.

Client Engagement & Delivery

• Manage client engagements from initial discovery through solution implementation and training.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and communicate recommendations in clear, business-focused language.
• Independently facilitate workshops, demonstrate solutions, and support ongoing improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of business operations, workflow optimization, and process improvement.
• Experience leading business discovery sessions, facilitating workshops, and identifying operational challenges.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents, assistants, or automated workflows using ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot.
• Ability to translate business problems into practical, working AI solutions.
• Experience designing and delivering training to business users, leaders, and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to independently manage client conversations, solution development, and training.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced consulting or startup environment.
