Overview

In this role, you will be working as part of the Accounting Operations Organization in El Salvador shared service center. The position will be supporting Tango accounting operations, being responsible for Cash applications, reconciliations, responding to financial queue case inquiries. This person must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and should be able to build strong working relationships with internal and external partners. 

Responsibilities

• Responsible for generating invoices/estimates with accurate billing. 

• Register and manage customer payment portals. 

• Apply cash with a high degree of accuracy. 

• Responsible for executing transactional reconciliations. 

• Manage accounting queue ensuring timely and professional resolutions. 

• Initiate customer funding events via ACH draft.  

• Prepare customer refunds for processing.  

• Ensure internal SLA’s are met while providing an excellent customer experience. 

• Completed Ad hoc and special request passed down by Manager 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or equivalent experience. 

• 2+ years of experience in accounting with a focus in Accounts Receivable, high-volume a plus. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills. 

• Proficiency in working with accounting ERP software. 

• Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills. 

• English language is required.  

• Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams to provide customer focused solutions. 

• Ability to work independently and resourcefully with minimal supervision and to take on new tasks with varying levels of difficulty and see them through to completion.
