Role Overview
We are now looking for a Community Marketing Specialist EMEA who wants to help grow and strengthen our leading brands.
Your responsibilities
- Coordinate community engagement initiatives across EMEA markets
- Support ambassador, advocacy and loyalty programs that strengthen brand engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with creators, brand advocates and community members
- Coordinate influencer and creator activities, including onboarding, gifting and program administration
- Source and manage user-generated content for Weber and Blackstone channels
- Monitor community conversations, consumer feedback and social media trends
- Prepare reports and share insights to support marketing and business decisions
- Collaborate closely with local market teams, agencies and internal stakeholders across EMEA
- Support the execution of community events, activations and brand experiences
Our requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Community Management, Social Media, Creator Relations, Influencer Marketing or a related field
- Experience managing online communities and engaging with consumers on social platforms
- Hands-on experience working with creators, influencers or brand ambassadors
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in an international environment across different markets and cultures
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actions
- Native or near-native German and fluent English
- Passion for social media, community building and consumer brands
- Interest in outdoor cooking, food culture and lifestyle brands is a plus
