Knowledge & AI Enablement Specialist
Knowledge & AI Enablement Specialist JOB DESCRIPTION
Who We Are
GLMX is an independent financial technology company that provides an intuitive, comprehensive and
integrated global money market trading solution for institutional participants. The goal of GLMX is to be a
leader in technology, to maximize trade lifecycle efficiency and reporting and to improve client access to
market liquidity. Representing the fusion of Wall Street expertise and Silicon Valley technology, GLMX
utilizes cutting edge technology to bring unprecedented trading and liquidity management efficiencies to
some of the world’s largest financial markets. GLMX is experiencing extraordinary growth and is looking to
add exceptional employees to support this rapid expansion.
About The Role
We are seeking a Knowledge & AI Enablement Specialist to take ownership of GLMX's growing enterprise
knowledge platform and help establish knowledge as a strategic organisational capability.
GLMX has created an extensive structured Knowledge Centre in Notion covering our products, platform,
financial markets, business processes and supporting company reference information. This knowledge
increasingly supports employees directly while also providing an important foundation for our internal
AI-powered capabilities.
The next stage is to expand this approach beyond the existing Product- and CX-led implementation and
establish a scalable knowledge model that can be adopted across different departments.
You will own the architecture, governance and evolution of the Notion knowledge platform, helping teams
capture important organisational knowledge in ways that are structured, discoverable, maintainable and
suitable for both human and AI consumption.
This is not simply a Notion administration role. You will help define how organisational knowledge should
be structured, governed, maintained and reused across GLMX.
You will work closely with Product, Client Experience, Onboarding, Operations, Sales, Engineering and
other functions to identify important knowledge, migrate existing content, establish ownership and embed
effective knowledge practices within individual teams.
You will also work closely with the AI Platform / Agentic Systems Specialist to ensure that the knowledge
platform provides a high-quality grounding layer for Nexus and future AI agents.
Responsibilities
● Knowledge Platform Ownership – Own the architecture, configuration, standards and ongoing
evolution of GLMX's Notion knowledge environment.
● Information Architecture & Governance – Define taxonomy, metadata, relationships, navigation,
ownership, approval and lifecycle standards so knowledge remains structured, discoverable and
reliable.
● Departmental Rollout & Ownership – Work with teams across GLMX to migrate and structure their
knowledge, establish departmental knowledge owners and embed accountability for content
quality and accuracy.
● Content Quality & Standards – Define templates and writing standards, and identify duplication,
conflicts, stale content and knowledge gaps.
● AI Readiness & Nexus Integration – Ensure knowledge is structured for effective retrieval and
reasoning, working closely with the AI Platform / Agentic Systems Engineer to support Nexus and
future agent use cases.
● Automation & AI-Assisted Knowledge Management – Use automation and AI to improve
knowledge ingestion, classification, metadata enrichment, summarisation and maintenance, with
appropriate human validation.
● Enablement & Adoption – Train teams in effective knowledge creation and use, promote adoption
of Notion and Nexus, and address barriers to engagement.
● Knowledge Strategy – Help define the longer-term strategy for organisational knowledge as a
foundation for both employee productivity and enterprise AI.
About You
You are passionate about making complex organisations easier to understand.
You enjoy taking information that exists across documents, systems and people's heads and creating
structures that make it easy to find, understand, maintain and reuse.
You combine strong organisational and communication skills with an appreciation of technology. You do
not need to be a software engineer, but you are comfortable working with databases, structured
information, APIs, automation and AI-enabled tools.
You are equally comfortable designing a knowledge architecture, improving an article template, running a
workshop with a department and working with engineers to determine how knowledge should be exposed
to an AI system.
You are excited about how developments in AI are changing knowledge management and see structured
organisational knowledge as an increasingly important foundation for enterprise AI.
Qualifications & Skills
● Experience in knowledge management, information architecture, content operations, digital
workplace, enterprise collaboration or a related discipline.
● Experience designing and managing structured knowledge bases or enterprise content
environments.
● Strong understanding of taxonomy, metadata, information architecture and content lifecycle
management.
● Experience implementing governance and ownership processes for organisational knowledge.
● Strong written communication skills and ability to turn complex subject matter into clear
structured information.
● Strong stakeholder-management skills and experience working across multiple business
functions.
● Ability to establish standards while remaining pragmatic about how different teams work.
● Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
● Comfortable working with structured databases and modern SaaS platforms.
● Good understanding of modern AI concepts and the relationship between high-quality knowledge
and AI retrieval.
● Ability to understand technical concepts and collaborate effectively with engineers without
necessarily being a software developer.
● A proactive and entrepreneurial approach to building a new organisational capability.
Bonus Experience
● Advanced experience designing and administering Notion workspaces and databases.
● Experience with Confluence, SharePoint or other enterprise knowledge platforms.
● Experience with knowledge graphs, semantic models or structured content systems.
● Experience with RAG or AI-powered enterprise search.
● Experience using AI to support content creation, classification or knowledge maintenance.
● Familiarity with APIs, workflow automation or low-code integration platforms.
● Experience delivering enterprise-wide knowledge or digital workplace programmes.
● Experience within financial services, SaaS or FinTech.
● Knowledge of financial markets or securities finance.
Why Join Us
● Play a key role in shaping the future of our leading-edge FinTech solution in the securities
financing space.
● Gain hands-on experience at the intersection of AI, knowledge management, organization scaling,
engineering, product, and financial markets.
● Collaborate in a supportive and innovative team culture.
What We Offer
● Competitive compensation, including performance-based incentives.
● Comprehensive benefits package (health insurance, dental plan, pension contributions).
● Professional development opportunities to grow your expertise and career.
