Responsibilities
Design and deliver engaging training programs for new hires and existing employees.
Coach and develop customer service teams to achieve operational excellence.
Promote hospitality service standards, communication skills, and guest satisfaction.
Partner with Operations and Quality teams to drive performance improvements.
Monitor training effectiveness and continuously enhance learning programs.
