The (USA) Technician, Facility Services, Exterior Services is responsible for managing and executing exterior maintenance projects to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant facility operations. This role involves coordinating resources, overseeing scheduled work, and maintaining equipment while adhering to safety and environmental regulations. The technician supports cost control through procurement and warranty management, leads third-party providers, and addresses facility users’ concerns. The Exterior Services team ensures Walmart’s outdoor facilities are well-maintained through effective project management and adherence to safety and regulatory standards. This team oversees landscaping, snow removal, and equipment maintenance while managing resources and budgets efficiently. Collaborating with internal and external partners, they focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement. What you'll do:

• Manage and prioritize exterior facility service projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
• Prepare and execute budgets, including cost estimates and purchase approvals for parts, materials, and equipment.
• Perform seasonal maintenance activities such as snow removal, de-icing, landscaping, and equipment servicing.
• Operate and inspect heavy machinery and vehicles, ensuring safety compliance and proper maintenance.
• Lead third-party providers through coaching and performance evaluations.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA, EPA, and company safety and environmental policies.
• Troubleshoot facility issues and provide technical assistance to support operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate documentation and submit required reports to leadership.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in facility maintenance and exterior services, including seasonal landscaping and snow removal operations.
• Ability to manage projects, prioritize work assignments, and coordinate with third-party providers effectively.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Skilled in operating and inspecting heavy machinery and powered equipment safely and efficiently.
• Competence in budgeting, cost control, and procurement of parts, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills to resolve facility-related issues.
• Commitment to upholding company policies, ethics, and quality standards consistently.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
