Manager, Corporate Finance & FP&A

Location - Hyderabad, India

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and results-oriented Manager, Corporate Finance & FP&A to lead enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, performance reporting, and strategic financial analysis. This role will own critical planning processes including the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Strategic Business Plan (SBP), quarterly forecasts, and executive reporting while providing leadership for integrated 3-statement financial modelling.

The role serves as a key finance partner to executive leadership and plays a pivotal role in quarterly Board of Directors (BoD) reporting, earnings call preparation, and investor-related financial analysis. The successful candidate will combine strong financial expertise, executive communication skills, and leadership capabilities to drive business performance, enhance forecasting accuracy, and support strategic decision-making.

This position requires a proven leader who can influence across a matrixed organization, develop high-performing teams, and drive continuous improvements in financial planning and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide planning processes including AOP, SBP, long-range planning, and quarterly forecasts.
• Develop accurate financial forecasts, scenario analyses, and strategic recommendations to support business objectives.
• Own and enhance integrated Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow forecasting models.
• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reviews, highlighting key trends, risks, opportunities, and business drivers.
• Prepare executive presentations, Board materials, KPI dashboards, and financial narratives for leadership reviews.
• Partner closely with business leaders, Accounting, Investor Relations, Operations, and Corporate Finance teams to support strategic initiatives and business decision-making.
• Lead enterprise-wide Risk & Opportunities assessments and develop mitigation strategies to improve forecast accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability, productivity, cash flow, and operational performance through data-driven insights.
• Drive FP&A transformation initiatives, including automation, reporting enhancements, driver-based forecasting, and process standardization.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 7-8 finance professionals, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CA, or CFA preferred.
• 11+ years of progressive experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Strategic Finance, or related disciplines.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and integrated 3-statement financial modelling.
• Proven experience supporting executive leadership, Board of Directors reporting, and earnings-related financial analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial data into executive-level insights and recommendations.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience operating in a large, matrixed, and fast-paced organization.
